The hotel was conveniently located right next to the
train station, making it a breeze to explore Cinque Terre. Our room was clean and comfortable, but there were a few hiccups with the check-in process. A lovely touch was the breakfast vouchers for nearby cafes, enhancing our stay.

Absolutely loved how close this place is to the train station for exploring Cinque Terre! The room was beautifully presented, but the shower was a bit cramped. Overall, a great stay! 😊

The location's proximity to the train station makes hopping onto the train for Cinque Terre super easy. Nicely decorated rooms give off a cozy vibe despite their compact size.
Noise travels between rooms, which became an issue when hearing a baby cry. The coffee-making facilities are in a shared corridor, so getting a cup means getting dressed—a bit inconvenient. The shower felt cramped and was challenging to use. Additionally, the outside looks like it's in need of some love, which doesn't give the best first impression.

Cozy accommodations with beautiful decor made for a pleasant stay. The central location is a big advantage, just a short walk from the train station. Parking options next door helped when plans changed unexpectedly, and the staff’s prompt communication through WhatsApp was appreciated. However, the room felt cramped for a family of four, especially with luggage, and the exterior could use some improvement. Breakfast at nearby cafes added a nice touch to the experience.

Our family had a wonderful stay, enjoying the spaciousness of our room and the convenient location near the train station. Exploring Cinque Terre was a breeze, and we appreciated the helpful staff who provided great dining recommendations. Plus, we could bring our precious dog along!
For dads, it would be great if the rooms had better soundproofing.

Had a great time with friends exploring Cinque Terre and Portovenere. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station. Friendly staff provided lots of helpful info and the rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our group's needs! Definitely recommend grabbing breakfast at one of the nearby cafes.
Had an issue with check-in since there was nobody on-site when we arrived. It was a bit stressful navigating to another property for keys, so better communication about this would be helpful for future guests.

The Monterosso room was bright, well-appointed, and featured a really comfortable bed, alongside a nice shower. The location is a major advantage—just a quick minute to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. Helpful staff provided a welcome package and gave excellent dining recommendations. However, noise between rooms was noticeable at times, and the décor might need refreshing to improve curb appeal.
